MODUVERSAL allies simplicity, great design, latest available technologies and is in phase with the world market housing shortage.
The MODUVERSAL BUILDING Concept can easily be build due to its modularity under any latitude or climate, at an affordable cost and at 50% construction time of traditional practice.
The MODUVERSAL building can be built as a single building or as an ECOVILLAGE of 12 buildings of different capacity.

What is Modular Architecture?
Modular Design is a principle of design that bifurcates a single system into multiple smaller parts known as modules. The concept of modular design has been applicable in various fields such as architecture, product design, interior design, automobile design, computer hardware, etc. The concept of modular design in Architecture involves using the same module in multiple configurations, thus enabling a large variety of designs. The beauty of Modular Architecture is that one can replace or add any module without affecting the rest of the system.

The MODUVERSAL Concept has already been studied by Interior Architects in terms of conception and design.
Surfaces, volumes, furniture and equipment have been standardized for a unique, optimized, ergonomic, aesthetic and economical result.
What does an Interior Architect do?
The interior architect’s expertise in architecture and design can help optimize the available space, choose the most suitable materials and create an ambience that perfectly matches our expectations.
Based on the shape and structure of the rooms, the interior designer redefines the layout and arrangement of the space to make it more aesthetic, practical and safe. They propose sketches and 3D plans to illustrate their vision of the project.
Thanks to his creativity and technical skills, he can intervene in the choice of materials, colours, lighting, equipment and furniture. They may even be called upon to create custom-made furniture.
Depending on the complexity of the project, you may need to work with furniture manufacturers or renowned designers.

The LIVING-ROOM is the centrepiece of a home. It sums it all up. It therefore requires special attention when it comes to furnishing and decorating, but there are a few rules to follow. KITCHEN :
Sleek, functional and elegant, the modern kitchen is a beautiful, modern kitchen. Cleverly designed storage units keep everything tidy and easy to handle. The floor is covered in marble or travertine. A real living space, today’s kitchen is no longer a place for chores.
Built-in appliances
Modern kitchens may seem minimalist at first glance, but that’s without considering their high level of appliance equipment! Refrigerators, coffee makers, microwaves, ovens, hobs, kettles and other small, everyday appliances have become indispensable in today’s fitted kitchens.
In a beautiful, modern, fully equipped kitchen, most of this equipment is concealed by stylish inserts and sometimes handleless fronts. The result is smooth, flawless, with maximum ergonomics for today’s cooks.
Innovative kitchen materials: a new-generation solid surface. Similar to natural stone, it is warm to the touch, eco-friendly and has many other assets: resistance, durability, ease of repair, minimal maintenance and easy cleaning. Worktops can be made seamless and uniform in appearance.
BEDROOMS :
The rooms are identical and take up the codes of hotel suites. Closets serving as dressing rooms. are arranged along the partitions, with easy, direct access.
In the Bedroom, we designed all the furniture to be white.
The desk can be used as a dressing table.
In the false ceiling, we concealed the LED lighting and hung the curtains.
Luxurious, intimate, serene, sophisticated, fresh and welcoming: all these words describe a fabulous, relaxing bedroom.
